Nikah (Islamic Marriage)
In Islam Nikah is represents a sacred and binding marriage covenant between two individuals. It is regarded as a solemn commitment as both spouses accept specific rights, responsibilities, and moral duties toward one another, carried out with sincerity and devotion to God. Maintaining a loving, balanced, and respectful household is considered an act of worship, and such efforts are rewarded by Allah.
A Nikah can only take place with the full and willing consent of both individuals entering the marriage. Additionally, for the bride, the approval of her wali (guardian) is an essential requirement to ensure the marriage is conducted correctly and in accordance with Islamic principles.

No. At puremuslimnikah, we do not conduct online Nikah. Our services are provided in person only, ensuring authenticity, proper verification, and adherence to Islamic guidelines.
We can conduct the Nikah at your home, at a chosen venue, in the community, or any location that is suitable for both families. Requirement: Marriage only in my office.
Our service focuses on authenticity, professionalism, and Islamic compliance. We work with qualified, knowledgeable individuals who ensure the Nikah is performed correctly and respectfully.
Yes. Since we only offer in-person Nikah, both individuals must be physically present at the location of the ceremony.
We require valid identification for both individuals and the wali. Additional documents may be requested depending on your circumstances.
Two adult Muslim witnesses are required for a valid Nikah.
Distinctions and Requirements
The Sacred Nikah (Sharia Law)
Focus: Spiritual and Religious bond according to the Quran and Sunnah.
Requirements: Presence of a Wali (Guardian), Mahr (Dowry), and two adult Muslim witnesses.
Status: The Nikah ceremony, by itself, does not confer any legal rights in the UK, such as inheritance or financial protection upon divorce.

The Civil Marriage (UK Law)
Focus: Legal contract that provides rights and protections under UK Legislation.
Requirements: Must be performed by an authorised registrar at a licensed venue (Registry Office or Approved Premise).
Status: Legally recognised and provides the couple with all the legal rights and obligations of marriage in the UK.
Our Guidance: We strongly advise and guide all couples to complete a separate Civil Registration to protect their rights and futures.
